Rice Pudding a la Hamsikoy ("Hamsikoy Sutlaci") - The restaurant is around 1,5 hours from Trabzon. You may not be as crazy as I am to visit this restaurant just to eat Rice Pudding:) Therefore you may prefer eating meat also.
